It has a pool between May and August and country club rentable for parties or gatherings. I pay the HOA fees which includes water, trash, and sewer plus grounds. Might need rental insurance if you like. Repairs, water, sewer, grounds and trash service. Tenant pays electric and wireless or cable. Pets need to be approved by the owner in advance and there is a pet deposit fee $250. Hoa does not allow any parties because it's not fair to other residents in common who could've been resting. The hoa will allow pool parties and rent the clubhouse for sporting events though. Each gathering has to be scheduled with hoa in advance which is Town and Country. These condos have basic rules and bylaws to follow governed by the hoa. It's usually very full with quiet and peaceful enjoyment.
