    Perfect for senior citizen. No grass cutting required. I provide the lawn maintenance. Rural setting on secluded lot. Mailing address of Pendergrass, but actually very near Gainesville (in Talmo, actually). Home is just 7 miles outside of Gainesville, straight down Hwy. 60. Just around the corner from Belmont Baptist Church. Beautiful private lot. Many plantings. Beautiful - spring, summer and fall (photos were taken in the dead of last winter). Home built by a contractor. He and his wife were the only occupants. They moved to care for her ailing mother and I bought it. It is obvious the owners cared for the home. This is not a typical 'rental'. My family and I live on the property also, but out of view, if one had security concerns. New appliances just installed, all top of the line. Preference is to rent the home to a relatively permanent tenant; senior citizen's - couple's or single's - or a single female, that want's a pastoral, private setting with no yard work. We live a quiet life and wish to share this home with someone of similar lifestyle. No pets, please. Safe environment. Someone is almost always on the property, either my mother, wife, or myself (I was a policeman for nine years); so, you would usually have someone nearby if needed. Spacious laundry room with lots of shelves, energy efficient vinyl windows. Shaded, spacious deck with Koy pond just through the sliding glass doors. Deck is only a step above ground level. Twenty mile view (see photo) just a few steps up a small rise behind your home - a great place to put a swing for sunset viewing and watching our horses in the pasture, or a garden. The small front porch faces the sunrise through the trees. Wife of previous owner loved to take her coffee there in the mornings. Home water is on a well. I just installed a $3000 filtration system, so, crystal pure well water with no monthly bill. Filters are changed twice a year at a cost of $300.00. This expense is included in the rental fee, as is the yard work. Home is attractive and extremely well kept on a private lot with beautiful trees and planting varieties which bloom spring through winter. Built in the 1980's. If you are a single female or a 'seasoned' citizen and are looking for a quiet, peaceful, and safe home with a friendly family nearby, this would be the place for you. This is not your typical rental! You won't find another one of these. I purchased this home because I loved it. I am not a landlord and do not own any other rental properties. This home is a delight and an absolute haven of peace.
