I have a 2 BR, 1 BA house, renting one of the bedrooms out. The house is all on one level although there are about 3 steps to get onto the front porch for access to the home. I have a full kitchen that can be used for cooking needs, including microwave although if tenant would like they may get their own microwave for the room. I would also allow a coffee maker but no other kitchen appliances as cooking is not allowed in the room other than by microwave. The lease is month to month and is terminated with a written 30 day notice. The cleaning of shared spaces is shared with the landlord/owner of house and tenant. My house is small so I only have space for one person for the rental. I require references and steady source of income is required. The room should be available March 7, 2026.
