The room also has a portable AC unit for warmer days and a brand-new WiFi-controlled thermostat for heating, which you can program to your preferred temperature. You'll share a bathroom with a tub-and-shower combination, and starter toiletries are provided. The shared living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, including an L-shaped couch and a recliner, plus a 65-inch Smart TV for movie nights or relaxing at the end of the day. The full kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen basics, and a dining table. WiFi, utilities, and access to the washer and dryer are included, helping keep everyday living simple. Parking is conveniently available in the home's large driveway. One of the best parts of living here is the outdoor setting. Step onto the furnished back patio, spend an evening around the wood-burning fire pit, or head farther onto the property, where the hillside and trail provide space for walking and hiking.
