Come and enjoy our local beaches, delicious local eats and unique shopping experiences. Maggies Cottage is a three bedroom, one bath house with a warm and cozy feeling of home. We are small dog friendly with an enclosed backyard that includes a fire pit and furnished patio. Rent includes all utilities, kitchen appliances, downstairs washer and dryer, and keyless entry. Amenities include: clean bedding and towels, kitchenware, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, Brita filtered water, two tv's. Attached garage is not included in rent. We hope you come and enjoy your stay soon! Summary of Lease Agreement is one month (30 days) minimum rent at $1,800 per month. Any weeks less than a full month will be $520 per week (not including first full month). Income proof of 2.5x lease amount required. No smokers. All utilities included, fully furnished with amenities listed in description. Small dogs only (2 dogs maximum under 20lbs each) and $150 non-refundable pet deposit per dog. $1800 refundable deposit. Cleaning fee is $125 at end of lease (ask about weekly/monthly cleaning service). Tenant(s) will be required to sign a Terms of Lease Agreement. Driveway Snow Removal is included for significant (4+inches) snowfall at owner's discretion. (shovel/de-icer salt provided) Lawn/Landscape maintenance is included.
