For $5/week, a wall-mounted smart TV (42"-50") will be included. Water, sewer, trash, power, wifi are also included, as well as washer, dryer, and lawn maintenance. Management provides paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. No pets, no drugs, no overnight guests, one person per room. All keyholders are required to clean common areas on a rotating basis. Applicants must be employed and pass a background check. Move-in Req: $250 non-refundable move-in fee plus the first week. The weekly fee starts at $195 and goes to $225. Weekly - Friday to Thursday Automatically renewed unless written notice is given by either party or immediate termination for cause.
