This home was purchased from the original owner, who had it custom built with many upgraded features for its time. However when I purchased it, I took full advantage of being the daughter of a veteran custom homebuilder. Prior to actual move-in, the home was completely renovated to the point of next-to-new condition. Most recently, almost all the interior, including the attached garage, has been repainted and refreshed, and the air conditioning unit was just replaced and has a fresh factory warranty available. In summary, this home has been well maintained throughout our ownership and will be a great place for new owners to live. The street has low traffic and is located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood, with friendly neighbors.
