It is center to all high ways like, 880, 84 and 680. you can go San Jose, Milpitas, Santa Clara, Palo Alto, San Mateo San Calrose , Union City , Hayward, Oakland with in 30 mints. Newark is 5 mints. San Francisco is 45 mints drive. House is center to all airports. Fremont BART is 1.5 miles. we have plenty of car parking. Land Lord is flexible for lease. But one month notice is required to vacate. We will deduct money all clean and property damages expenses from your deposit. we need rental insurance from you.
