Parcel next door is available to purchase and would give you half acre. Zillow is a good starting point for estimating value but any appraiser will tell you. Zillow is not accurate. Zillow doesn't seem to be taking into account this property has been cleared. We have put shelves in the shed and the fence is complete, and the front porch has been updated. We are not in default nor will we be in default so we don't have to take a low offer or lower our price, we will consider offers. We will be open to 70k cash. Pictures dont do it justice, but I haven't had the energy to retake the pictures and repost them. We have been decluttering and we would consider selling much of the furnishings at a reasonable price as we don't want to pack them with us.
