Assigned to Woltever Creek Elementary (3.7 miles away), Ooltewah Middle School (3.6 miles away), and Ooltewah High School (4.6 miles away) The Standifer Place apartment complex down the street, which was built in 1998 and has 3 stars/39 Google reviews, is renting 3 bedroom, 2 bath units for $1,279 but charges $45 per month for extra storage (this house has a lot of storage), $115 per month per 1 car garage, and an additional $75 per month for a shorter than 12 month lease, and you have neighbors above and beside you. The kitchens in the apartments down the street are also really small and dated. The Hunters Point apartment complex down the street, which was built in 2014 and is 99% occupied is renting 3 bedroom, 2 bath units for $1,540 but charges $125 per month per 1 car garage, and an additional $65 per month for a shorter lease. Compared to the 2 nearby apartment complexes 3810 Brock Road is a really good deal.
