It is an amazing place with live music, a play ground, great food, gas station for the boat, and plenty of dock space There is a marina in our mobile home park where you can dock your boat for the season in your own slip. There is a playground by the marina for kids and a wildlife/bird sanctuary with a peaceful little bay beach and wooded trails with board walk paths throughout the woods. Osprey, cranes, blue heron and many other types of birds are plentiful in the sanctuary. The drive on surf fishing beaches on the ocean are within 10 minutes. We drive the whole family on the beach and set up for a great day on a more secluded beach away from all the chaos. Our mobile home is on the main road coming into the park where it does not even feel like a mobile home park. It is on the highest ground in the area as well, so there is no flooding on our lot during the storms. This is a very peaceful area and a great place for kids. There are many wild life walking paths and bike trails through out the miles of wooded surroundings that have many ponds and creeks with little wooden bridges and shady paths. We love the area but just can not get there much anymore. The home has been completely remodeled. We coated the roof last year and ran new pex plumbing water lines as well. The monthly park rent is $450 with quarterly sewer of $71.50. Annual taxes are less than $200 per year! You pay electric. The mobile home has electric stove, water heater, washer and dryer. The place is not perfect but at the same time, it is perfect. Who would have thought you could have a year round home by the beach so affordable. No owner financing.
