    The home has recently been updated with a fresh new coat of paint, and new kitchen tiling and cabinets. There is no carpet in the home and the wooden floors have been redone to look new. Even though the home has had a facelift there are some original pieces: the wallpaper in the entryway, bathrooms (are in great condition with their original tiling), the fireplace, an antique outdoor oven (not in use but definitely a character builder). However, the best feature of the home is the backyard; the property sits on about a half acre and is surrounded by a new privacy fence. A giant tree in the backyard keeps most of it shaded. The neighborhood is a quiet residential neighborhood with people frequently walking their dogs or pushing strollers. There are lots of trees and a variety of different types of homes. The home is close the the majority of private high schools in the area: St. Marks, ESD, Ursuline, Hockaday, etc. It is also close to Lovefield and all the major highways! It's a great area, a lovely home, and a great big backyard for pets and children to play! We are only looking for TENANTS! Please do not inquire about managing the property for us. The lease length is flexible ranging from 6 months, 8 months, or a year. Renter will be responsible for all bills including (but not limited to): electricity, water, sewage, etc. The landlords will require a one-time non-refundable pet deposit of $250. This covers up to two dogs (any size or breed). Renter will have to show proof of renter's insurance. The property can be furnished or unfurnished whichever the renters desire. The property boasts a two-car garage, and a long driveway. Parking on the street is not allowed nor are trailers, RVS or any other kind of transportation that is not labeled as a vehicle. Cats are allowed on a case-by-case basis and will be required to pay the pet deposit as well if accepted. SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS NOT PERMITTED.
