Welcome to our newly remodeled Lake James guest suite. This is used in the summer for overflow of our main property however in the offseason we would like to allow someone to enjoy it. Property available Monday September 1 - May 15th. Great for a college student in the area that wants more of a quiet area and not a packed apartment complex. Two rooms, one with a Queen bed and one with a twin over full bunk bed. One full bath. The kitchen area is compact but has fridge, microwave and gas oven as well as a small 2 person dining room table off the kitchen/living. The living area boasts a large L sectional with a 65 inch TV! Streaming (Hulu, Espn+ and Disney +), Fiber Internet, trash, water and sewer are included in monthly cost. Gas/Electric will be passed on to renter. This lease term can begin 9/1/25 and end 5/15/26. This is a mid term rental. We will not lease outside of this time frame due to our peak season. No pets allowed.
