High season, July and August have typically been taken for $12,000 a month, whereas the $6000 as displayed is for autumn 2026. Recently built large house on two acres in prime Stockbridge location. Beautiful natural light throughout. Spacious and uncluttered. Nine foot ceilings. Huge bathrooms. Private and away from neighbors. Very close to Norman Rockwell museum, and close as well to Tanglewood. Bosendorfer 200 (1968) grand piano of excellent quality. Fully furnished with primary bedroom having a king bed, guest down is a queen and two more guests with full sized beds. Huge dining table with eight chairs and can squeeze at least four more in to dine twelve. Huge garage can accommodate four or more cars. Gas range and good cooking accoutrements. Nicely decorated in cushy comfortable cottage. Sink in sofas and chairs, read all day and drink tea type place. Not formal and not shabby. This house has flexible availability. I often stay in it during spring and autumn, and am abroad in summer and winter. High season spans from early June to late September. Low season is outside of those and the price per month would be much much less, if I am not using it. It is also available longer term, and I would adjust schedule to be in my city place. So ask me, if you are interested. Also note, this is not a house that contains a lot of personal clutter. You will not find clothing and personal items. It will not feel like a sub-let or that you are staying in someone else's living space.
