Heat and hot water are included in the rent, and you will be living near various T stops (Haymarket Station, North Station, and Aquarium) as well as TD Garden, the Financial District and Faneuil Hall. First month and last month required to move in ($2400 total needed to move in). Gas, electric and wifi are split between the roommates.
