This home was a doctor's home for years. So although the original front of the house was built in the late 1800's, he added a whole other section beside the house (attached with a common hallway to the main house) for his examining rooms, waiting room and office. That space has been rented as both an apartment and a small graphic art business started out in that space. The main home he then in the late 1960's added a very large living room with a fireplace (great for entertaining) and on top of that a very large master bedroom with it's own bath and walk-in closet. We live in a small town in Pa. that is very friendly. Our home is located in the historical district with the town flower shoppe across the street from us. We have a small fenced-in backyard and beyond that a garage with a nice carport attached to it and a two bedroom apartment (also added in the 1960's) on top of the garage with a nice patio area on top of the carport for the apartment dweller.
