This is a river rock home in Murphy, NC. The downstairs has all new wood floors, and the downstairs bathroom has been completely redone (April 2019). New pictures added May 8th of remodeled downstairs bathroom and kitchen. Dormers, gutters, and the front porch were redone at the end of 2015. Cats are fine, but we will require a pet deposit of $250 per cat. Small dogs are also okay, and will also require a pet deposit of $250 per dog.
