    This is actually a 4 bedroom floor plan. The loft option was chosen instead of the 4th bedroom. The loft has a more open, comfortable feeling than a closed bedroom. The loft can be used for anything, but often ends up as an office/study area or reading/hobby room. A large sun room is the focal point of this home. Dual French doors open from the dining room into the sun room. It will become your family's favorite room/retreat. It is definitely a very unique property. Not many homes in Irvine boast a sun room, and certainly extremely few rental homes have one. The official size of the house is 1,876 sq ft, but the sun room brings it to over 2,100 sq ft. The extra space makes it a hidden gem. Window coverings: All of the windows have plantation shutters. No need to invest in any window coverings. Shutters are timeless and elegant. Shutters are better than cheap blinds or dusty curtains. The floors: Not a single carpet in the home. The 1st floor is all pure clean tile; wooden plank look tile in the living area, contemporary tile in the kitchen/dining/sun room. The stairs and 2nd floor are all wood flooring, except the bathrooms of course. Your own area rug in the living room is a nice touch. The kitchen cabinets are honey oak. That is the current state. They are dated and in need of some love. They will get that love. They will be renovated to white with nickel satin hardware. I have included a generic before/after photo of an oak-to-white transformation. So don't panic when seeing the kitchen photo. It will transform. One more thing you get with this home is me. Paul. I am the home owner and landlord. We used to live in this home. We take good care of the home and of you. I fix things. I take care of things. This is my only rental home. We live in Irvine.
