    We have a 2nd floor 1 bedroom apartment in Horsham for rent in a small privately owned building, NOT in a complex. The unit will be ready for move in November 15th. Located in Hatboro Horsham School District with the closest elementary school being Blair Mill Elementary School. The unit is approximately 600 square feet. Included utilities are gas heat, hot water, water and sewer, cooking gas and trash removal. We also maintain all landscaping and there is a small common yard area in the back with a creek running by at the edge of the property. This unit is recently remodeled and repainted including wall to wall carpeting throughout the hallway, bedroom and living room. The kitchen is also newly remodeled with solid maple cabinets, all black appliances including gas range, black energy efficient fridge, black over the range microwave, and a garbage disposal. The kitchen also features black granite counters! The bathroom is well lit, has a remodeled tile floor, tiled tub enclosure and vanity with brushed nickel fixtures throughout. Laundry facilities are located in the basement. There is a private parking lot with plenty of space for overflow guest parking. One cat per unit is allowed, pet fee is $25/mo. The unit is move in ready! First months rent and one month security deposit required for move-in. No application fee. You must supply a recent copy of your credit report with your completed application (obtain a free copy at www.annualcreditreport.com). Along with a completed application we require a copy of your Driver's License/State ID and one month's Proof of Income (Pay Stubs) is required for each person above the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment. We require no eviction filings on record and no negative items on your credit aside from minor occurrences such as late payments or medical bills.
