The primary bedroom includes a queen-sized Nest mattress, dresser, and closet for a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom doubles as a guest room, home office, or gaming space, complete with a desk, TV, and a twin size bed. A full bathroom with a tub and shower is conveniently located between the bedrooms. Complete with an electric fireplace, covered porch, fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and an outdoor dining area, it's the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, work remotely, or relax under the stars. Wildlife is part of everyday life here. Deer, eagles, songbirds, and other local visitors are frequent sights, creating the feeling of a peaceful woodland retreat while you're still in the middle of the city. A personal security camera is available for indoor use if you'd like additional peace of mind during your stay. A fully refundable security deposit is returned when the home is left in good condition. 3-month lease, but is negotiable. To help save tenants money, there is no cleaning fee. We simply ask that the carriage house be left clean and in good condition at the end of the stay.
