Lease description

• You will be sharing the house with the daughter of the house owner who is caring for her mom full-time. She is in home hospice. You will occupy the large master bedroom which is very private. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind on the property. The kitchen is right out of the Brady Bunch! The stove only has 2 working burners, but you are welcome to use it, and the microwave and we can give you a designated area in the fridge. There are multiple security cameras on the property for peace of mind.

• Utilities are included with rent. We currently use T-Mobile Home Internet. If you prefer your own network and faster service you may want to look into their $45 monthly plan.
