One bedroom one bath guesthouse for rent in north Hilliard. Cozy and private, located on an eight acre small farm. All inclusive rent- no additional fees. If you have horses, we can accommodate up to two. Board is an additional $400/month per horse and covers feed, hay, pasture time and their own stalls. There is also a large riding arena, multiple round pens, and even obstacles for the horses. We are just a mile from the beautiful St. Mary's River and Ralph E. Simmons State Forest. There is a fridge, stove, and even a floor to ceiling bookcase for your use. If you have dogs or cats they are welcome, but we do have outside cats and three dogs that have free roam of the property, so please no aggressive animals. Rent includes all utilities, including a landline.
