Smoking of any kind including tobacco, marijuana, vaping, or electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the house at all times. To prevent rodent infestations, pests, and property damage, the Tenant must bag all household trash and place it in the provided trash receptacles with lids tightly secured at all times; uncontained or loose garbage is strictly prohibited, and trash must be placed at the curb weekly for the scheduled pickup. The Tenant is responsible for basic yard care, which includes regularly mowing the designated lawn area and keeping all outdoor plants, brush, and low-hanging tree branches trimmed back so they do not make contact with the exterior walls or roof of the house. Because of the size of the yard, the Tenant must supply and maintain their own lawn mower (a riding lawn mower is highly recommended for efficiency).
