The combined gross monthly income(s) including any other legal and verifiable income(s) must be at least two and a half (2.5) times the monthly rent. Credit may not have any delinquencies for the past six (6) months and any utilities owed, unless delinquencies are paid off & proof can be submitted including proof in a bankruptcy. Credit score(s) from 570 and higher will be approved; and credit may have no delinquencies for the past six (6) months. Any credit scores of 569 or below unfortunately will not be accepted even if credit confirms no delinquencies for the past 6 months. Employment Verification Request form(s) need to be completed if applicable, on item two (2) and item three (3). Notes: Any false information on application and/or false information submitted will result in automatic decline of the application(s) including termination of the residency if such information is received after the move-in. If move-in date is before the 25th of month, rent will be prorated and owed with any deposit(s) on move-in date; if move-in is on the 25th of the month or later, the prorate, next month rent is owed upon move-in including any deposit(s).
