1. Lease Duration
Seeking a mid-term tenant for 2 6 months. Flexible arrangements may be discussed.
2. Rent Payment Policy
Rent is due by the 3rd of each month with a 5-day grace period. A $50 late fee applies if payment is not received within 5 days after the due date.
3. Security Deposit
A $1,500 security deposit is required upon signing. Refundable within 7 days after move-out, less deductions for damages, unpaid rent, or lease violations.
4. Utilities
