Applicants with no credit may be considered when applying with other applicant(s) with an acceptable credit score, an additional deposit may apply. A criminal record may disqualify applicant(s). Applicant(s) needs to provide a Holding Deposit of $300.00 for an address to be held for the applicant(s) and for address not to be offered to anyone else.
