We bought the house in 2008,and we slowly remodeled the entire residence. Electric, plumbing, windows, 30 year roof, hvac, insulation, drywall, flooring, granite countertops, new septic system. Everything was redone. We fenced in the entire back yard(which is huge), and added an electric dog fence in case our dogs tried to dig under.
