The neighbor on one side has a small vegetable and fruit farm while the Federal Mansion on the other side is for sale for 1.6 million dollars. A full walk in attic shows the post and beam construction with the massive beams held together with wooden pegs. The separate 24 by 36 two story building with its own utilities has been used for a very successful antique shop downstairs and has a partially finished one bedroom apartment upstairs. With all separate utilities this can become quite profitable if you desire. A two car carriage house looking garage sits at the end of the driveway. A large chain grocery store and several major banks are within a short walk or drive. The Tioga County Fairgrounds and Marvin Park with a fit trail are a short 1/4 mile away.
