    This home was remodeled in 2004 with a completely new layout. A new gas furnace was installed with all new duct work, central air and new flooring throughout. The upper level was opened up with a new kitchen that has custom hickory cabinets, granite counters and large granite island with sink. Two bedrooms and a small bathroom were converted to a master suite, walk in closet, large bathroom with separate tub and walk in shower. All of the doors in the home are gorgeous solid hickory paneled doors. Cumaru hardwood floors were done in 2015 and new carpet was installed in the great room in 2019. There is a 2 sided gas fireplace with slate stone going to the ceiling. It separates the kitchen/dining and the great room. The great room has a vaulted ceiling, lots of windows and facing south/southwest for a lot of natural light. From the great room you can walk out to a large 18' X 14' deck with a pergola and attached to that is a large deck surrounding a 27' round pool. During the 2004 remodel, the exterior was finished with seamless steel siding, a concrete entrance and parking area outside of the heated shop and double garage where you enter the house, and blacked topped driveway with a turnaround. A deck/porch was also added to the front door entrance. There is a large two story storage shed/playhouse with a yellow spiral slide for children. It is roofed and shingled and stairs and railings were just added for access to the upper deck. The lower part of this shed has two large hinged doors and gravel floor for storage of lawn tractor and garden wagon and supplies. During the 2004 remodel, a large heated shop with a double garage door was attached at a 45 degree angle to the existing two car garage to create an atrium feel, and all of our previous oak cabinets and counters were installed. This shop has its own electrical breaker box with two plugins for 240V welders. We have a very solid predator proof chicken coop and outdoor run with added fenced in area going into the woods. A fenced tennis court is also on the property which was just surfaced and converted to two pickle ball courts with movable nets. West of the tennis courts is a large open field which is kept mowed and is great for playing games and sports. This is a beautiful lot with woods to create complete privacy. You cannot see any neighbor’s homes during the summer months. Yet, there is an open field and large grassed front and back yard for kids to play. There is also a fire pit in the back yard next to the woods. This is almost 4 acres of perfect country living, very private and no association fees.
