Plenty of sporting and touring activities in the area. 2 Bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Small driveway enough for 2 cars. Nice deck with outdoor furniture during warm months. No Year-long rentals. Multi-month rental only from December 1, 2025 through May 20, 2026. Tenant will pay utilities at actual usage charge for internet/cable, electricity, gas (stove & hot water) and oil (heat). No Smoking. No Parties. REQUIRED: You can either have a regular monthly cleaning at $120/month or pay at the end for a deep clean.
