In the garage you will find some games for your enjoyment! Second floor: One floor up is the living and dining area as well as the first bedroom with a trundle bed. There is also a half bath on this level. The larger couch in the living room, pulls out into a queen size bed. Third Floor: The top floor boosts a linen closet with plenty of towels. Please use black makeup towels for washing off makeup. The first bedroom is the primary, with a king bed and en-suite. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and trundle. There is another full bathroom with shower/tub combo on this floor. All bathrooms are stocked with soap, shampoo and conditioner. Guest access The entire house is yours minus all closets on the entry floor. One closet is the electrical closet, another is the owners closet for supplies, and the third has tools and extra wood. Please especially keep children out of these closets. This property is a perfect summer rental. Available for weekly rentals as well. Inquire about price. Pet fees are dependent per stay, but would be an extra $280 per week. There is a garage, driveway, and one spot in front of the townhome.
