It’s like being in New Hampshire but minutes from Boston. Waterfront living with osprey, bald eagles, great blue herons, ducks, geese, swans, birds galore, muskrats, minks, good fishing, great skating in the winter. Morse pond doesn’t allow gas motors so it’s quiet and peaceful. My kids have skated and canoed to school. All kids on the pond love it and never want to leave. In fact, no one wants to leave and houses rarely come up for sale. Those that do are usually sold to friends.
