Our adorable O'hana is vacant and will be ready for a move-in date around August 15th give or take a few days. With a fresh coat of paint it is ready for occupancy. This apartment is the bottom floor of our home although we do not share the ceiling or floors. The only wall we share is between the apartment's great-room and our garage and mud room. It is very private and quiet. We completed construction of our modern home in 2003 and started renting out our O'hana 8 years ago. There is a little grass yard and garden outside the unit. It can be entered either from the LR or from the front bedroom which looks out onto the red maple trees. Both the master bedroom and the great room look out onto the SF Bay. You are also welcome to use our laundry room which is on the same floor as our O'hana as well as a large closet in the garage. We are just a 5 minute walk to Woodlands Market CVS Pharmacy downtown Tiburon and San Francisco Ferry stop. Location Location Location The kitchen is small but has a dishwasher microwave electric oven and ceramic stove top There is tons of storage in upper cabinets and on the back side of the range along with an entire wall of gorgeous maple cabinetry.
