THIS IS A PRIVATE ROOM IN A SHARED APARTMENT WITH ROOMMATES. We are Rutgers Graduate students looking for a roommate in our townhouse. The residence is professionally managed, furnished, cleaned and in the quietest section of the Society Hill Newark Community. We get to enjoy the pool, clubhouse, and tennis courts. Society Hill is located just steps away from UMDNJ, NJMS, Rutgers GSBS, Rutgers Dental School, RU Newark, NJIT, and Essex County College. If you do not have a car no problem! Transportation is not a issue! Newark Light Rail Stop right outside of Society Hill, NJ Transit bus stop as well and just a quick walk to Newark Penn Station. We are looking for one normal roommate to share our townhouse with while we live here in Newark and attend school. No party people please. No drama. That's why we don't live in the dorms.
