THIS IS FOR RENTAL PARKING ONLY. 1 Tandem Parking Space (2 cars front to back). This is a month to month rental with $250 due at the beginning of each month. The tandem spot for rent is the 2 parking spots along the far fence in front of the double shed doors (see picture) Renter must pay for both spots. Any spot splitting issues that arise are the sole responsibility of the renter. The rent agreement entitles the renter to only use the property to access the 1 tandem parking spot (space for 2 cars) for the sole purpose of parking vehicles. No over-sized vehicles. Access to property utilities (power, water, etc), is NOT provided. The shared driveway and parking spaces are plowed in the event of snow (cars will still need to be shoveled out as the plow is too big to get in tight spaces). Automatic lights at night.
