This is a beautiful 2 bedroom fully furnished house in a quiet and convenient neighborhood located near the river. Kayaks and canoe are included in the rental. This house was on AirBnB until last month. Now I'm trying to find longer renters via furnished finder or by renting the entire house by the month. Currently the house is empty and I'm living up north at my other house. I'm not ready to sell just yet, as I have a basement full of stuff that I don't know what to do with. It's as simple as that. NOTE: I have been informed today, Jan 2nd,, that I need to be working in Rochester starting February 2nd, 2025. What this means is that I will be at Apartment B of this Rochester house on Mon, Tues, Weds, Thursday Nites only. Apartment B is totally separate in the basement. Separate entrance and everything. This is MONTH BY MONTH rental! No full-on NH lease is offered! I've been down that road about a decade ago (at a different house) and I won't do that again. If you want a 6 month obligation, I can do that, but I will not do an NH long term Lease. Heat, hot water and electricity are not included.
