I have for rent our amazing beach condo with an awesome ocean view! It will be available from Nov 1 - Feb 28 at $1500 per month. The unit will not last long and this includes all utilities including cable, Wi-Fi, power, and water. Copy and paste the link below to see the unit on VRBO for many pictures. You will also have to purchase a parking sticker for each car at $40 each and a background check fee to the complex for each adult applicant at $50 each. Those fees are paid to the complex directly one time. Lease includes all utilities, just bring your clothes!!
