Hi all, My name is Nick and I'm a 32-year-old single guy living in New Fairfield, CT. I own this small home and have been living here for about 9 years. I'm looking for a pretty specific renter who is interested in a getting a great deal if they fit what I'm looking for... First and foremost, you would be getting a bedroom and your own bathroom with a shower and toilet (I have my own bathroom in my master bedroom). This is just outside your room. Other than that, the rest of the home is shared spaced. The shared spaces include driveway parking, living room w/ tv and pool table, kitchen with appliances, downstairs bathroom, patio/yard, washer/dryer, and more. What I'm looking for: 1 renter No pets I have an amazing dog named Shadow. I'm hoping to find a renter that works from home that can help me take care of him while I'm at work. This is why I have this rent payment listed well under market value.
