Four bedrooms and two baths with updated kitchen, recent carpets and paint! The garage has work space too. Laundry hook-ups are present. Pets are welcome but they pay additional rent. Dogs, $50/mo and cats $100/mo. (Sorry! Pets have made that a requirement based upon their own performance) We are glad to have renters stay for years.
