Upon arrival a small subdivision of homes with very little traffic. Biking and walking areas are plentiful. The smart coastal chic decor is a pleasure with high end kitchen, and spacious living and bedroom areas. The screen porch is a delight to spend sunny morning and afternoons. The canal is crystal clear and leads a short distance to Niles channel with great access to the Atlantic side and backcountry. Large dockside area and covered carport.
