    Marcus was the BEST thing that happened to us working with LGI homes. We had two issues one with an unexpected ceiling leak that we were told wasn’t going to be covered under our year warranty. We had to pay out of pocket for this when we truly didn’t do anything wrong after a 35,000 down payment that put a bad taste in our mouth because it was LGIs contracted plumbers that put the holes in our ceiling. Then we had a leak from the dishwasher because the knock out plug wasn’t removed before hand. The sales team get 5 stars , but I’m being generous giving the warranty team 3 stars.
