Hi. It’s the real managers of this house (the pets) after careful review, we’ve decided it’s time to approve a new owner. First of all, this place is solid. We’ve supervised many years of activity here—walks, snacks, naps, dramatic window watching and we can confirm: it holds up. Our humans clearly understood the assignment and kept things in excellent condition.
Furnace & central air replaced in 2023 (temperature control = elite nap conditions)
Water heater replaced in 2023 (warm baths… for them, not us, unfortunately)
Brand new deck in 2025 (this is where we conduct our most important perimeter observations)
The backyard? Honestly impressive. Plenty of space to patrol, relax, or chase absolutely nothing for no reason. There’s also a fire pit, which we’ve determined is primarily for humans to gather around while we supervise from a respectful distance (and expect snacks).
Management-approved lounging zones: a cozy fireplace area (excellent for post-walk recovery naps), a finished basement (useful for loud human activities we prefer to observe from a distance), and a room that… well… someone got bold with the purple and floral wallpaper. We respect the commitment. It’s giving “confident.” Overall verdict: comfortable, well-maintained, and highly conducive to a peaceful life… with room for routine zoomies and strategic window surveillance.
