Perfect home for a quick commute to Hurlburt - located a few miles west of base with easy entry and exit to Hwy 98 (with the traffic flow both to and from base). Our experience with Florosa and Kids Discovery has been wonderful. Renter is responsible for all utilities - Electric, Water/sewer, trash. Internet available through Cox. Renter is responsible for pool care including cleaning and chemicals (estimated $40 a month if you do it yourself, $150 if you hire a service). Renter is responsible for yard care - water/mow lawn in front and trim bushes. Its set up for easy maintenance. Automatic sprinkler system is installed with shallow well pump, so watering the lawn doesn't add to your water bill.
