Access Landlord shall have the right to enter the Property for inspections, repairs, or to show the Property to prospective tenants during reasonable hours with at least 24 hours' notice to Tenant, unless in case of emergency. 7. Termination This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon 60 days' written notice to the other party. The Agreement may also be terminated by Landlord for cause, including but not limited to: Non-payment of rent Material breach of this Agreement Damage to the Property 8. Maintenance Tenant Responsibilities: Cleanliness and Sanitation: The Tenant is responsible for maintaining the Property in a clean and sanitary condition throughout the lease term. This includes disposing of trash properly, keeping appliances clean, and preventing any health hazards. Minor Repairs and Reporting: The Tenant is responsible for notifying the Landlord promptly of any necessary repairs to the Property. This includes, but is not limited to, leaky faucets, malfunctioning appliances, or minor electrical issues. Damage Prevention: The Tenant is responsible for using the Property in a reasonable manner and avoiding any damage caused by negligence or misuse.
