It is newer and so it has newer heating and AC and windows and insulation and all the things you don't see in pictures that make the home comfortable. The home has two assigned parking spots. The home IS on the property of an active farm and so there is dust and machines and farm activity in the area. There is no traditional internet to this home so it is through a satelite service that is very reliable but not perfect. Most cell phone services work but the internet is more reliable.
