Beautiful Mountain Home only 12 minutes from downtown Boulder and CU. We will be away from Boulder from October 16 to mid to late April and are looking for a responsible individual, couple or small family to rent our house for some or part of the time we are gone. It is only available during this time period. - The 1800 Sq ft house is furnished and is currently set up as 2 bedrooms (queen beds in both) and two offices (one of which includes a medium size flat screen tv and a full-size futon) on the second floor. - The main level consists of an open floor plan including the kitchen, dining room and living room, plus a half bath. - There is a wood stove on the main level that can be used as a secondary heating source if desired (the main heat source throughout the house is hot water baseboard fueled by propane, so it stays plenty warm with or without the wood stove). - Multiple decks - Hot tub in the backyard - Lots of glass with fantastic views - Washer and Dryer, Clothesline, Dishwasher While the house has a quiet mountain feel, it is only 12-15 minutes on paved road to Pearl Street and 20 minutes to Nederland. Betasso Nature Preserve, which provides over 8 miles of trails for hiking and biking is less than a mile away. The rent is $3375 per month and includes the electricity that is generated from the solar panels on the roof, high-speed internet and a landline. Tenant would pay for any additional electricity and propane. This is our home, and we are looking for people who will both enjoy and take good care of it while they are here. We prefer no pets but would be willing to discuss some very well-behaved exceptions. We would consider a slight reduction in rent for a single person.
