It is a rural outdoorsy setting with about a 200ft walk way from the driveway so someone needs to be comfortable and prefer this setting. Studio with tons of light Kitchen with full fridge and 4 top burner, grill - skylights, room for a table Microwave oven/ convection oven Full bathroom with skylights Hard wood floors Washer Dryer in unit AC! Rap around deck Large private lockable shed for your bikes, boxes, extras etc Gas heat + electric Beautifully landscaped and private 1 individual tenant is preferred and someone who will take very good care of this beautiful place! Snow removal, shoveling, and plowing is the tenants responsibility. 4x4 or all wheel drive vehicle is recommended but not required (no other tenants have had but I suggest!) House sits on the back of my property where another tenant lives. Driveway is shared but there is designated parking for the cabana/cottage. There is a 6ft fence and gate separating the properties. There is also a large shed to store your bikes and extras. Would be a great retreat for NYC dwellers as well! Looking for reliable professional quite tenants. Pets will be considered but preference would be against them. It will be inspected and updated if any issues are found. Current tenant has taken amazing care of the place! Tenant to pay GAS and Electric. This ranges from $50-$300 a month.
