After an energy audit by Orange Energy Solutions, the sellers made several improvements including a combination of spray foam and blown fiberglass insulations that were installed in the attic, basement and garage. Many of the original windows were retained but now feature QuantaPanel storm windows on the outside that blend in with the exterior of the home to preserve its character but increase energy saving.
