Situated back from the street in a quiet neighborhood, this unit is near hospitals, public transportation, shopping, tourist attractions, and restaurants. It features off-street parking for 2 cars, cute porch with outdoor furniture, full kitchen with eating area, good-sized bedroom with queen-sized bed, washer and dryer, comfortably-furnished living room, and plenty of closet space. Walk to the University of Kansas Medical Center, plus only a short drive to several other area hospitals. The neighborhood also features many fast food and sit-down restaurants within walking distance. If you don't have a car, this apartment is within a 10-minute walk to multiple bus stops.
