Situated back from the street in a quiet neighborhood, this unit is near hospitals, public transportation, shopping, and restaurants. It features off-street parking for 2 cars, cute porch with outdoor furniture, full kitchen with eating area, good-sized bedroom with queen-sized bed, washer and dryer, comfortably-furnished living room, and plenty of closet space. Walk to the University of Kansas Medical Center, plus only a short drive to several other area hospitals. The neighborhood also features many fast food and sit-down restaurants within walking distance. If you don't have a car, this apartment is within a 10-minute walk to multiple bus stops. Several museums, shops, and charming neighborhoods are also close by. In addition to rent, we charge a one-time refundable deposit of $300 and a cleaning fee of $200. If you have a pet, we charge a refundable pet deposit of $200. Please note that we only allow 1 small dog. This yard is not fenced, and it is on a fairly busy street, so keep that in mind when thinking about bringing a pet. Thank you!
