You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out. Neighborhood Spend days on Longview Lake, cheering on the Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium, or exploring the lively downtown filled with tons of mouthwatering BBQ joints, craft breweries, and local shops - all located within a few miles from this property. HOUSE RULES: No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times 10:00pm to 7:00am. Getting Around Our neighborhood is very walkable. You can walk to downtown Lee's Summit for the best bars, shops and restaurants. It is a 5min walk from this house. A car is recommended to get to some Downtown KC attractions. Access to the highway is easy. Uber and Lyft are also very great options and easily available. Owner pays for wifi, water, gas and electric. NO smoking allowed. $1,000 fine for smoking in the property. Dogs are allowed. There is a $50 fee for one dog and $100 for two dogs Length of stay is negotiable upon tenants needs.
