This is a Rare piece of land -- surrounded/touching National Forest, makes a big difference... lush woods, surrounded by woods, only one neighbor down the road a ways. Good hunting, and tons of lakes around. And walk out into all the land you want, dont need much acreage if can use the forest..., and pay less taxes. Higher ground, no swamp. zoned general use -- so could have a business or livestock, etc. Driveway in, pull a camper in or build a cabin/house... snowmobile trail close by, lakes all around.... (not directly on a lake) Easy to hand pound down a sand point well, phone line there. no electric in to property, quoted at ~6-7k, i was going to go off grid. Selling for what i paid. we will split closing costs (~300). I am selling it for what i bought it for, no more. Not really open to contract for deed, unless u can put down more than half.
